Where’s the Beach and How Do I Get There?

This is the most frequently asked question even has its own section in El
Calendario.

Todos Santos has miles of unspoiled white beaches, but most of them are not
safe for swimming, so be very cautious before jumping into the water. There are
strong undertows and rip tides that have taken people by surprise. If you are
staying in a hotel or casita near the beach, be sure to ask your innkeeper whether
the beach is safe for swimming.

The safest beach for swimming and body surfing is San Pedrito.
